Cheesecake Recipe Ingredients:
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese,
  • Softened8 oz (1 Pk) Brownie
  • Mix1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 c Milk Chocolate Chips, Melted
Cheesecake Recipe Instructions:
1. Grease bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
2. Prepare the brownie mix as directed on package. Pour batter into pan, bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
3. Combine sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese. Mix on medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at atime, mixing well after each addition. Pour cheese mixture over brownie layer.
3. Spoon melted chocolate over the cream cheese mixture, then cut through with a knife for a marble effect.
4. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill...and the brownies cheesecake recipe is ready...enjoy the cheesecake !

This blueberry cheesecake recipe combines the sweet taste of blueberries with rich cheesecake. It has a light and fluffy texture, making every bite melt in your mouth...mmmm !

Cheese Cake Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted
  • 1 1/2 cup Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
  • 1/4 cups Cold Water
  • 1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 tsp. Grated Lemon Peel
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 7 oz (1 jar) Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 cups Blueberries Frozen or Fresh
  • 3 cups Frozen Whipped Topping (thawed)

Cheese Cake Recipe Instructions:
1. Combine crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of 9-inch springform
pan. Chill.
2. Soften gelatin in water, stir over low heat until dissolved.
Gradually add the gelatin to cream cheese, mixing atmedium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Blend in lemon juice and lemon peel.
3. Add the marshmallow creme, mix well. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Puree the blueberries then fold into cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm...and are ready to serve....wow ! great..enjoy the cheese cake !!

Cake:
  • 1 pkg plain white cake mix
  • 1 pkg strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup mashed strawberries with juice
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
Frosting:
  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 3 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 3/4 cup mashed strawberries (drained)
CHEESE CAKE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
  • Lightly grease three 9 inch round pans. Set pans aside.
  • Place cake mix, strawberry gelatin, mashed strawberries, oil, milk, and eggs in large mixing bowl and beat on low speed for 1 minute.
  • Strawberries should be well-blended.
  • Divide batter among pans and place in oven.
  • Bake cakes until lightly brown (about 28-30 minutes). Remove from oven and allow to cool for 40 minutes.
Prepare frosting:
Combine cream cheese, and butter and mix on low speed for a minute.
Add sugar and strawberries. Blend frosting on low until sugar is incorporated.
To assemble: place one cake layer on plate and spread top with frosting, add another cake layer and frost the top, add last cake layer and frost the top. Use remaining frosting for the sides of the
cake.

  • 3 cans Crescent rolls
  • 3 8 oz packages cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

  • 2 packages frozen strawberries or other fruit (optional)
CHEESE CAKE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cream cheese, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 2 cups sugar. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Line bottom of pan with 1-1/2 cans of Crescent rolls. Smooth cream cheese mixture over rolls. Add your choice of fruit (optional).
Cover with 1-1/2 cans remaining Crescent rolls.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box pound cake mix
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
INSTRUCTION
Mix together 1 box pound cake mix, 1 stick melted butter and 2 eggs.
Pour mixture on bottom of jelly roll pan (greased). Then mix together 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, 3 cups powdered sugar and 2 eggs. Pour this mixture on top of cake mixture. Crust: Combine cake mix and butter in large bowl. Beat at low speed for 1 minute. Divide mixture into muffin cups. Level, but do not press.

Filling: Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl. Beat until smooth. Spoon evenly into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until set (Reduce heat to 325 degrees if dark colored pans are used).

  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk (not evaporated)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl on low, combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter, 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice, until crumbly. Press onto bottom of 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Set aside. INGREDIENTS
  • 2 full cups butter or 1 pound (use only pure butter)
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 4 lg. eggs
  • 3 heaping tbsp. vanilla pure extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 1/2 cups cake flour, sifted
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F degrees. Leave cream at room temperature 30 minutes before using, or soften for 15-20 seconds in microwave.
Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add cream cheese and beat with electric mixer for 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Turn mixture to low speed. Gradually add sifted flour until texture is smooth. Do not beat for very long after flour has been added or cake will be tough - just beat long enough to combine ingredients.
Spoon into a tube or bundt baking cake pan, or bake in a cake mold.
Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack before serving.

  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
GLAZE:
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. strawberry liquid
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat cream cheese and Ricotta until creamy. Add sugar and eggs. On low speed add cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla. Add sour cream and butter. Beat until smooth. Pour into a 9 inch greased springform pan. Bake 325 degrees 1 hour 10 minutes. Turn oven off and let stand in oven for 2 hours. Do not open oven!
Glaze: Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small pan. Add strained strawberry liquid. Stir until smooth. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool. Prepare Cream Cheese Icing. Combine icing ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. MOIST BANANA CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 small ripe bananas or 2 large ripe bananas
  • 4 large tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Frosting:
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/3 c. nuts of your choice (i use walnuts)
  • 1 box of powdered sugar (4 cups)
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend bananas with mixer, adding your sour cream. When mixture is well blended, not lumpy, add your cake mix, egg whites, oil, milk, flavoring together and mix. Add milk last so you will be able to judge the consistency of the cake and adjust as needed.
Once well blended, pour mixture into a greased/sprayed, 9x13 cake pan or 3 cake layers.
Bake at 350F for about 25 min. or until the cake is done.
Cake will spring back in the center when touched if done, don't over bake! Remove cake from oven and allow to cool.
Tip: Place wax paper over cakes to capture the moisture while cooling; this adds to a really moist, delicious cake!
Mix cream cheese and butter together in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until you get the consistency you like.
Add a little milk to the frosting while mixing if you like it to be creamy. When icing is done, add 1/3 chopped walnuts to the icing. Crush them right out of the package with the end of a blunt object to make smaller pieces.

Stir walnuts into frosting well. After cakes have cooled, frost each layer with icing.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 16 oz small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • graham cracker crumbs (for crust)

INSTRUCTIONS
Butter a 10 inch springform pan well. Dust bottoms and side with

graham cracker crumbs liberally. In a food processor or in the bowl of an electric mixer using the paddle attachment, mix cottage cheese and cream cheese on slow speed until smooth. On high speed, gradually add sugar and eggs for just a few seconds. Turn speed to low. Add
cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract and melted butter.

Pour into prepared spingform pan.
Bake at 325F until firm around the edges, about 60-70 minutes.
Turn oven off. Allow cheesecake to remain in oven with door closed for 2 hours.
Cool on wire rack. Remove from pan and store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (18)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 slightly beaten egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon, and extract
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1/8 cup chopped nuts (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine Graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon. Blend in melted butter. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9 in. springform pan. Reserve the rest of the crumbs for topping.
Soften gelatin in cold water. In a double boiler or saucepan, beat egg yolks slightly, stir in milk, and the remaining amount of sugar and salt.
Cook over hot, not boiling water, stirring constantly until mixture begins to thicken or coats the back of a spoon. Remove pan from heat.
Stir in the softened gelatin. Add lemon rind. Cool to the consistency of thick honey, then beat until light and airy.
Mash the cottage cheese until there are no more lumps. Add the lemon juice, vanilla and almond to extract. Blend in the gelatin mixture.

Whip cream until stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold them in gently. Turn mixture out into the pan which was previously lined with Graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle top of mixture with reserved crumbs and finely chopped nuts.

Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with blueberry or strawberry sauce, pureed fruit, or canned peaches. And this great cheesecake recipe is ready to serve. Nice taste. Enjoy it with friends !

Baking Cheesecake
Most Cheesecakes tend to get over-baked because, while they may look underdone, they are actually done when the center is still wobbly. At this stage, residual heat will "carry over" and the center will continue to cook.
Remove cheesecake from the oven to cool on a rack, or you can simply leave the door of the oven closed, turn off the heat and let the cheesecake cool for at least an hour. This helps prevent the cheesecake from sinking in the center. After chilling, the once-wiggly center should firm up just fine. Great tips....
