  • 1 box pound cake mix
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Mix together 1 box pound cake mix, 1 stick melted butter and 2 eggs.
Pour mixture on bottom of jelly roll pan (greased). Then mix together 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, 3 cups powdered sugar and 2 eggs. Pour this mixture on top of cake mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Add pecans and powdered sugar. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes more. Cool and cut into squares. The cheese cake recipe is ready. Enjoy it !

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Strawberry Supreme cake mix
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar

  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 12 strawberries halved
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place foil liners in 24 muffin cups.
Crust: Combine cake mix and butter in large bowl. Beat at low speed for 1 minute. Divide mixture into muffin cups. Level, but do not press.

Filling: Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl. Beat until smooth. Spoon evenly into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until set (Reduce heat to 325 degrees if dark colored pans are used).

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl on low, combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter, 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice, until crumbly. Press onto bottom of 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Set aside. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk, then remaining 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice and salt. Mix well.   • 2 full cups butter or 1 pound (use only pure butter)
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 4 lg. eggs
  • 3 heaping tbsp. vanilla pure extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 1/2 cups cake flour, sifted
Preheat oven to 325°F degrees. Leave cream at room temperature 30 minutes before using, or soften for 15-20 seconds in microwave.
Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add cream cheese and beat with electric mixer for 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Turn mixture to low speed. Gradually add sifted flour until texture is smooth. Do not beat for very long after flour has been added or cake will be tough - just beat long enough to combine ingredients.
Spoon into a tube or bundt baking cake pan, or bake in a cake mold.
Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack before serving.

  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. strawberry liquid
Beat cream cheese and Ricotta until creamy. Add sugar and eggs. On low speed add cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla. Add sour cream and butter. Beat until smooth. Pour into a 9 inch greased springform pan. Bake 325 degrees 1 hour 10 minutes. Turn oven off and let stand in oven for 2 hours. Do not open oven!
Glaze: Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small pan. Add strained strawberry liquid. Stir until smooth. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling. When mixture is translucent remove from heat. Cool. Add strained strawberries. When cake is completely cool spread glaze on top. The cheese cake recipe is ready to serve...delicious ! Try it !

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 scoops strawberry cheese cake ice cream
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Mix the eggs with the milk. Add 3 scoops of strawberry cheese cake ice cream and mix thoroughly. Add the frozen strawberries and the evaporated milk and mix. The cheese cake recipe is ready to serve 4-5 persons....enjoy the cheesecake !



  • 3 small ripe bananas or 2 large ripe bananas
  • 4 large tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/3 c. nuts of your choice (i use walnuts)
  • 1 box of powdered sugar (4 cups)
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Blend bananas with mixer, adding your sour cream. When mixture is well blended, not lumpy, add your cake mix, egg whites, oil, milk, flavoring together and mix. Add milk last so you will be able to judge the consistency of the cake and adjust as needed.
Once well blended, pour mixture into a greased/sprayed, 9x13 cake pan or 3 cake layers.
Bake at 350F for about 25 min. or until the cake is done.
Cake will spring back in the center when touched if done, don't over bake! Remove cake from oven and allow to cool.
Tip: Place wax paper over cakes to capture the moisture while cooling; this adds to a really moist, delicious cake!
Mix cream cheese and butter together in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until you get the consistency you like.
Add a little milk to the frosting while mixing if you like it to be creamy. When icing is done, add 1/3 chopped walnuts to the icing. Crush them right out of the package with the end of a blunt object to make smaller pieces.

Stir walnuts into frosting well. After cakes have cooled, frost each layer with icing.

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 12 oz. sour cream

Butter a 10 inch springform pan well. Dust bottoms and side with

graham cracker crumbs liberally. In a food processor or in the bowl of an electric mixer using the paddle attachment, mix cottage cheese and cream cheese on slow speed until smooth. On high speed, gradually add sugar and eggs for just a few seconds. Turn speed to low. Add
cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract and melted butter.

Pour into prepared spingform pan.
Bake at 325F until firm around the edges, about 60-70 minutes.
Turn oven off. Allow cheesecake to remain in oven with door closed for 2 hours.
Cool on wire rack. Remove from pan and store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (18)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 slightly beaten egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon, and extract
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1/8 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Combine Graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon. Blend in melted butter. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9 in. springform pan. Reserve the rest of the crumbs for topping.
Soften gelatin in cold water. In a double boiler or saucepan, beat egg yolks slightly, stir in milk, and the remaining amount of sugar and salt.
Cook over hot, not boiling water, stirring constantly until mixture begins to thicken or coats the back of a spoon. Remove pan from heat.
Stir in the softened gelatin. Add lemon rind. Cool to the consistency of thick honey, then beat until light and airy.
Mash the cottage cheese until there are no more lumps. Add the lemon juice, vanilla and almond to extract. Blend in the gelatin mixture.

Whip cream until stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold them in gently. Turn mixture out into the pan which was previously lined with Graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle top of mixture with reserved crumbs and finely chopped nuts.

Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with blueberry or strawberry sauce, pureed fruit, or canned peaches. And this great cheesecake recipe is ready to serve. Nice taste. Enjoy it with friends !

Most Cheesecakes tend to get over-baked because, while they may look underdone, they are actually done when the center is still wobbly. At this stage, residual heat will "carry over" and the center will continue to cook.
Remove cheesecake from the oven to cool on a rack, or you can simply leave the door of the oven closed, turn off the heat and let the cheesecake cool for at least an hour.   • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter,

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese,
  • softened 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix together cookie crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, 2 tablespoons sugar, cornstarch, and water. Bring to boil, and continue boiling 5 minutes, or until
sauce is thick. Strain sauce through a mesh strainer to remove seeds. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt white chocolate chips with half-and-half, stirring occasionally until smooth. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in vanilla and melted white chocolate. Pour half of batter over crust. 4. Add sour cream, mix well. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing on

2. Place cream cheese in mixer, beat until smooth. Add the jello and sugar mixed with 1/4 cup water.
3. Whip cold evaporated milk until thick. Add cheese mixture, mixing well. Fill baked crust and chill for five hours before serving. ... and its ready....taste it !

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 cup sugar2 eggs
6 Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup), divided1 Oreo Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat vanilla, sugar and cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
2. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cookies.
3. Pour mixture into Oreo crust. Sprinkle the remaining chopped cookies on top.
4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight and the oreo cheesecake is ready.... my goodness what a taste !

Amaretto Cheesecake Recipe

Another great cheesecake recipe. This is an easy to make amaretto cheesecake recipe. Full of flavor, rich and creamy, it is sure a great taste....!


1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs1 ts Cinnamon2 tb Sugar1 Stick margarine; melted

24 oz Cream cheese (3 packages, 8 oz. each)4 Eggs1 c Sugar1/3 c Amaretto (up to 1/2 cup) Topping:
8 oz Sour cream1 tb Amaretto1 tb Plus 1 tsp. sugar

1. Mix cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and butter.
Press mixture in bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. 2. Beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup amaretto until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar, then add the eggs one at a time (beating well after each addition).
3. Pour mixture into crust and and bake in a preheated 375F oven for 45-50 minutes.
4. Mix the 1 tbsp. sugar, the sour cream, and 1 tbsp. amaretto. Spoon the mixture over the cheesecake when done and return to oven for 5 minutes at 500'.
5. Let set for 48 hours in the refrigerator.
