1/4 c. butter8 oz. cream cheese1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs1 c. sugar1 pkg. lemon Jello1 can cold evaporated milk
1. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs in pie plate and press to shape. Bake 15 minutes in 350F oven then cool.
2. Place cream cheese in mixer, beat until smooth. Add the jello and sugar mixed with 1/4 cup water.
3. Whip cold evaporated milk until thick. Add cheese mixture, mixing well. Fill baked crust and chill for five hours before serving. ... and its ready....taste it !
